A film location tour more than a museum tour. The guide walks the group through Carnegie Hill for two hours, along the stretch of Fifth Avenue known as Museum Mile and the neighboring blocks of Madison and Park Avenues, and describes the scenes shot at each stop. 84 Charing Cross Road, Six Degrees of Separation, Ransom and When Harry Met Sally are among the films.

The group meets on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum at 82nd Street and Fifth Avenue. The walk ends at the Guggenheim at 88th Street, where the guide points out where The International, Cactus Flower, Mr. Popper's Penguins and Men in Black were filmed, and where Wright's architecture gets its moment. In between come the Church of the Heavenly Rest, the setting for a Keanu Reeves and Charlize Theron scene in The Devil's Advocate, Andrew Carnegie's former mansion (now the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum) and the Jewish Museum in its Châteauesque building.

Homes on the route include those of Ralph Lauren, J.D. Salinger, Truman Capote and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, plus the Fifth Avenue mansion where Lady Gaga attended high school. The walk also reaches Central Park and its reservoir. The guide stops in front of each sight for three to ten minutes, and the walking is moderate, in any weather. It suits film fans and anyone curious about the blocks around the Guggenheim.
