New York CityThe dining room moves. Bustronome serves a four-course lunch on a double-decker bus with a glass roof, so the meal happens while Manhattan passes by overhead and alongside, and the roof keeps the ride comfortable in any season. No alcohol is served on board.
The route lists Times Square and St. Patrick's Cathedral at Fifth Avenue and 50th Street, then Madison Avenue between East 57th and East 86th Streets, the United Nations Headquarters at First Avenue and 46th Street, Columbus Circle and Central Park. The Guggenheim, Frank Lloyd Wright's spiral building on Fifth Avenue, opened in 1959, is one of the landmarks the bus passes. This is a lunch ride, not a museum visit.
