Nothing here is fixed. A local guide builds the day around what the traveler asks for, in San Sebastián or from it, and every tour is private. The guide specializes in gourmet food and wine, culture, adventure and nature.

The menu of ideas starts with a walk through San Sebastián and a funicular ride up Igueldo for the view of the bay. Bilbao and the Guggenheim come with an explanation of the architecture and the permanent exhibits. In Rioja the day can include up to four wineries, the medieval town of Laguardia and lunch at a local restaurant. Pamplona has the route the bulls run, and for the San Fermín festival (July 7 to 14) an early departure from San Sebastián with a balcony view of the run, quoted on request.

The French side is Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Hendaye, with Hondarribia and the Jaizkibel viewpoint on the way back. The food option is a day of Idiazabal cheese at a sheep farm and Txakoli at a family winery.
